Gentle Ballet
A basic ballet barre and some center work will be given. We’ll focus on posture and balance while strengthening and stretching the muscles. Feel the beauty of dance while you improve your health and well being. Online studio students will also participate. Instructor: Gail Fee: $17/class or $155 for 10 class card
