Spring has always been romanticized as a season of rebirth and renewal. Hands down, it’s one of my favorite seasons. Seeing plants poking up from the ground and buds on the trees makes me smile.
Along with disappearing snow and plants coming alive, Covid infections and hospitalizations in our area remained low through March. I’m hoping that we are moving in a sustained, positive phase of the pandemic.
I’ve been cautious about lifting the mask requirement at the studio for a variety of reasons, but I think now’s the time to adjust that policy and make it more flexible. So, I’ve decided that beginning Sunday, 4/10/22, wearing a mask will be optional for all classes.
Many of you will be ready to rip the mask off right away, while others may still be uncomfortable doing so. We all have varying levels of risk that need to be managed, so I want to inform you that ADF is a mask-friendly community. Whether to mask or unmask is a personal choice and your decision will be respected.
Please know that I will continue to monitor the numbers and will make changes as needed.
