If I were questioned under oath, I would have to admit that the year 2021 was better than 2020, but that’s not to say it didn’t have it’s challenges for all of us. At this time last year, we were full of hope and optimism because of the vaccines. With the perfect clarity of hindsight, I think we have to agree that we still have a ways to go. I’m hopeful we will get there soon.
So in the spirit of the season, let’s raise a virtual glass to ring in 2022 in hope it will be an even better year.
Along with our current concern with Covid, we still have all the usual winter ailments to contend with. Which is why we should try to boost our immune system any way we can. Lately I’ve read several articles that link exercise to building a stronger immune system.
We all know how much better we feel after a class, both physically and mentally. It seems logical to me that feeling stronger and upbeat mentally can only be a good thing. So I hope you all will find a way to take advantage of some classes to keep healthy, both physically and mentally (of course, if you’re sick, please stay home).
We’re delighted to announce that new teachers are joining us and bringing additional classes; and a couple of our long- time teachers are returning.
