Get fit and have fun isn’t just our slogan, it’s part of the mission statement for Albany Dance & Fitness. I’m firmly convinced that if you are enjoying yourself while you exercise, you’ll smile your way to better health and fitness.
Along with fun, we also provide a great variety of classes that hopefully offers something for every interest and fitness level. In fact we offer over 15 different types of classes over the course of an average week, and I’m always looking to add something new and exciting. Our most recent addition to the studio are Argentine Tango Practicas which are proving to be extremely popular.
Have you ever wanted to try a new dance or fitness class but weren’t sure if would be a good fit for you?
If that’s the case, why not come to the ADF Open House on September 9, 2017? We’ll be offering a variety of abbreviated dance and fitness classes for you to experience. Best of all, there is no charge for the event. Take as many or as few as you like or stay around to watch a class or two. While this event is free, we will be accepting donations for the Dance Alliance that day if you care to contribute.
This is the seventh time we’ve held an open house and it’s always a lot of fun. Besides trying a variety of classes, this event will give you a chance to meet other instructors and students.
I look forward to the open house every year. I’m usually too busy teaching a sample class or taking care of things to try any of the classes. But I love being there and getting the chance to meet new people and chat with some old friends. It’s so satisfying to watch everyone have such a great time!
