I think that we can all agree that the key to achieving your fitness goals is to finding an activity you enjoy. But with all the choices available and new ones being developed all the time, how does one choose?

Well, I can’t answer that for you, but I can offer you an exciting opportunity to try the different classes we offer at Albany Dance & Fitness. Join us on Friday, September 12 for our annual Open House. We will be offering 25 minute versions of our dance and fitness classes. These abbreviated sessions are just long enough to give you a taste of what they are like.

You may try as many classes as you like. There is no charge for the classes but you are welcome to make a donation to the Capital District Dance Alliance. This not-for-profit organization promotes dance in the region through scholarships, master classes, special performances, exhibits, discussions and public forums on various aspects of dance.

5:00 Ballet
5:30 Pilates Ball/Mat
6:00 PiYo
6:30 Insanity Workout
7:00 Zumba
7:30 Zumba Gold
