An ESSENTRICS™ workout is a dynamic flowing strengthening ad stretching workout that will increase your overall strength and flexibility. The program is based on eccentric strengthening, which stretches the muscles and strengthens them in the elongated position. ESSENTRICS™ will make your entire body strong, flexible and agile. Essentrics is a weight free workout that consists of standing, floor work and/or barre work.
Please have an exercise mat, sturdy chair, and water available. Wear loose fitting workout clothing. No special shoes required (it’s a barefoot workout).
