Tangi Tucker, a native of Virginia and a 20+ year resident of NYC, moved to the Capital Region in early 2023. With a non-profit career spanning 20+ years; and several years working in the Fashion/Entertainment Industry, Tangi decided to focus her energy on a long-time passion of hers—Fitness. Staying physically active has always been her go-to therapy and in April 2020, during the onset of the Pandemic, she decided to fully immerse herself into starting her own fitness endeavor and S.H.E. FITNESS NYC was established.
Currently working full-time as a Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer with the Capital District YMCA and a Fitness Instructor with Union College, Tangi has been developing and leading various workout programming to include styles such as HIIT; Bootcamp; and Mobility.
Long-term goal–to grow S.H.E. FITNESS NYC into a stand-alone boutique fitness/wellness studio, offering health, wellness, fitness, and beauty care through educational programming to women and girls. The S.H.E. Motto—Reimagining, Redefining & Reaffirming self-care through fitness!
