Balletone™ uses a mix of muscle conditioning and stretching exercises designed to lengthen, strengthen and energize the entire body with movements derived from Ballet inspired steps. This fun way to exercise makes you stand taller, feel stronger and have more energy!
We may also include some mat work towards the end of class to further strengthen and stretch, so please bring a mat.
