After thinking long and hard, I’ve decided to take the precautionary measure of closing the studio Monday, 3/16/20 – Sunday 3/22/20. It’s been very stressful the last few days as I debated this. I know how important exercise is to both our physical and mental health, but the safety of our instructors and students is top priority.  We’ve been diligent in keeping the studio clean to help prevent the spread of the Coraonavirus and we are well within the CDC limits for gatherings, but this will give me a chance to deep clean the studio (I’ll also work on fun combinations and workouts for when we resume). Expect to get an update from me over the weekend. Try to do some exercise on your own. We all know that it’s not the same as a live class, but it will help.
