Now that that Halloween decorations are put away and all that candy has been eaten, (hopefully not by you!) we can set our sites on the next round of holidays. Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to get together with family and friends. For many us, it can also be a rather stressful holiday with lots of travel and the preparing of the big meal.

It seems like as soon as the leftovers are wrapped up and the last guest has gone home, the Black Friday ads start to appear on the TV. I typically stay away from shopping on Black Friday even though I know there are some great deals to be had. I just don’t find the experience of getting up at the crack of dawn and waiting in long lines all that enjoyable.

I do love dancing and teaching though, so instead of shopping I’ll be teaching my regular Friday Gentle Ballet class and then I’ll be taking the Intermediate Ballet class. But I’m thinking we should do a special glass that day that would be fun for me to teach and fun for you to take. So at 10 am, I’m teaching a special Essentrics™ Gentle Stretch class. I think it would be the perfect way to relieve your holiday stress and also re-balance your body after all that turkey, pie, football and early morning shopping.
