Last week I took my first Pi-Yo class (combination of Pialtes and Yoga in one class) and I was so sore afterwards! Let’s see….each week I do at least four Baleltone classes, teach six Ballet classes, tak a “Cut to the Core” class and walk, walk, walk. So, how could I be sore form one Pi-Yo class?
Clearly I used different muscles and stretched differently in Pi-Yo. This made me realize how important it is to add variety to my workouts. And you should too!
