Here I am waiting for ballet class with David Howard. It was awesome! His combinations really challege your mind and body by constantly changing the movement and timing. He gave us a copy of the combinations, so I’ll be able to share them in upcomig classes.
I also took a session on common foot problems. I learned about some techniques for stregthening the ankles, improving your arch and prevent pronating/supinating. In another session Eric Fraklin shared info on imagery in dance. It’s amazing what the mind can do. More tomorrow.
