This website has been fun to create. Of course it never would have been possible without the help of my son and my husband. Both of them are constantly answering my technical questions and I keep nagging my husband about taking photos for the site.
All my students and friends have been very supportive and have offered a lot of feedback. I’m slowly incorporating changes based on the wonderful suggestions.
Now I’m adding this blog. My goal is to share things about dance/fitness that I learn from conferences, classes, books and videos. I always include that information when teaching, but this is a new way of sharing. I hope it’s useful!
